Agreement Between You and Globall Concepts

The Globall Sports Centers website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Globall Concepts (“Globall Concepts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Globall Sports Centers, operated by Globall Concepts, provides youth and adult indoor sports facilities offering field rentals, leagues, tournaments, clinics, training programs, sports events, and space for birthday parties and private rentals. The Site provides information about our facilities, schedules, events, registration options, and related services.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under these Terms. You will not attempt to damage, disable, impair, or interfere with the Site or any other user’s ability to access the Site. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Assumption of Risk for Sports Activities

Participation in physical activities, including sports, training, and recreational programs, involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in activities hosted at or by Globall Sports Centers, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and facility use. To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Globall Concepts and Globall Sports Centers are not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from participation, equipment use, or facility use.

Separate participation waivers may be required for certain programs.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external websites not operated by Globall Concepts. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Globall Concepts makes no warranties of accuracy, reliability, security, or suitability of the Site for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted under New York State law, Globall Concepts and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or related services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or these Terms is to discontinue use of the Site.
